ノルウェーはオスロにあるUniversity of Osloの入学要項について簡単にまとめる。
オスロ大学では留学生の場合、入学1年目はノルウェー語の授業を受けてテストに受からなければいけない。入学時期は8月で、学部課程は3年で修士は2年。授業料はなしで、費用は教材費とほぼ生活費だけ。
今自分が応募するのであれば、Mathematics with Computer Science、Informatics: Language Technology、Informatics: Programming and System Architecture だと思う。
必要な書類

- 英語力 (海外大学卒業なのでこれは免除)

- IELTS：6.6以上
- 103,950 NOK (140万円)
- 資料提出時より3ヶ月以内のもの
- 銀行の残高証明でOK
- 高校の成績 (本当に必要かどうか確認)
- 大学の成績 (アメリカの大学を卒業したので、大学に頼んでオスロに直接送ってもらわなければいけない)

2017年、2018年、2019年の三年計画で進めてゆく。日常的にやることは以下。
- Duolingoでノルウェー語学習、極力毎日
- 貯金
- 2017年末時点で250万円~300万円+、2018年末で500万円~600万円、2019年末時点で700万円
- 数学復習
- 情報関係学習
- オスロ大学以外の北欧オプションを検討
- アメリカの卒業した大学と連絡取って、成績表送付の手続き
- 高校成績は必要かの確認
- 必要な場合は高校に連絡して準備
- ノルウェーに住む学生用の奨学金、ローン制度があるようなので、一応それの確認
※ 2018年追記: 2018年から台湾で仕事することになったので(2017年5月に行った香港旅行が理由でまだアジアにいたくなった + 中国語勉強したくなった)、とりあえずノルウェーは横において台北に移住してインターネット関連の仕事してます。
